A creepy moment in time was captured by surveillance cameras at a medical clinic in Chandigarh, India. In it, a wheelchair rolls into action all on its own. The footage was captured in the passage to the Post-Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research.
As can be expected, the staff was pretty freaked out after this video started making its way around. This was all proof some needed to declare the hospital haunted – a few decided they wouldn’t work night shift anymore.
If any structures were more prone to hauntings than others, surely hospitals would be in the top 5. However, not everyone is convinced ghosts roam the halls, one doctor insists “it was just wind and not any ghost.” The security guard present in the video at the time, shares this sentiment, although he also reported “feeling very cold” during the phenomenon.
